jamar may have been being an idiot, but i've been in the car, and know first hand that the police department in bel aire has a "slight" bias toward the brothas. not only was i stopped for going 42 in a 40, but my passenger was asked to step out of the car, interrogated, and patted down. they found nothing, and we were let go WITHOUT a ticket or a warning ticket. i do my best to stay away from there.Comment
