I must admit I'm as confused as the poster who made the comment to the story. He's already used up his extra year after transferring from Valparaiso.

There are a whole bunch of underlying diseases that people can contract that affect the immune system. I guess he could have one of these that causes him to have other illnesses with more frequency than the general population.

If he does have a condition that causes him to get ill more often than most, I can understand it, but otherwise, I'm at a loss.
