LOL you did the "more positive note" but you just HAD to throw in the negative at the end....didn't ya? :D

        • One thing that we can all agree on is that it is important for MSU and WSU to continue to win as many games as possible. MSU's RPI needs to stay high and so does ours. Does anyone know what UNI's RPI is?

based on RPIforcecast.com site, WSU just won a game they should have lost, therefore if just win the games they should from here on out WSU is projected to have the following:

23-6 RPI 44.7 and that doesn't count the bracketbuster game.

              • Just got home from the game. Here are a few observations:

We are incredibly quick on D. That was the biggest difference in the first half. When DK's brain fully catches up to his body...look out.

JT is a load in the middle. He could score at will against anyone that MSU put up against him including Weems. Creekmore and Patterson were totally outmatched.

We are a totally different team without CH. When MSU got physical with DW he folded. He turned the ball over several times in the second half and it brought the crowd back into the game. That was the turning point. I think I know why we are recruiting a juco point guard.

Kyles is a freak (in a good way) WOW.

I don't know if it showed on TV or not but one of the students took a swing at TM when he went out of bounds. HCGM told the ref but nothing came of it.

Just glad we got the win !!!

                • Too bad Cornell isn't in the bracketbusters.

                  • Not playing well in the 2nd half will get yoiu beat in ANY round of the Big Dance.

Going from 25 point lead down to 1 is Unacceptable. We let up on defense, got sloppy on offense, and missed several putbacks and gave every opportunity for the Bears to make a run.

Ellis needs to shoot 100 free throws everyday for a week, and record the results.

I just want to mention how much we are a better team with Hatch. He's a fighter for the rebounds, drives when there's an opening, and sinks 3's and almost always on his free throws.

Murry and Kyles have got to STOP being half game players. Seems like they are only a factor in one half or the other, but not both halves. I have noticed Murry playing better defense though.

                    • I predicted a win and I would just like to ask KC to get on board and lets take the shocks home in the Valley season for a conference championship. On a serious note, Missouri State will be formidable when they come to Wichita so there will be no rest for the Weary! Beat Creighton!

                        • I also think our league is better than some think. Even though we won a big road game tonight, how many of you think the bottom of the league is just going to go down like pawns on a chess table?

                          • Graham lead the shox with 9 rebounds. He is one tough player. I never thought that if we had him playing 25 minutes a game that we would be successful. Way to get it done.

                            • There really were many heroes tonight. DK had only 4 points but the first half dunks were demoralizing and helped us develop the 25 point lead. Durley was Antoine Carr again tonight. If you guys want us to go to war like in the Smithson days, then we will go behind Hatch. He is one tough a$$ Mormon man.
