Hopefully the team remembers the sting of last years game @ Missouri St....

Almost 4 years since we won a meaningful road game against a quality opponent.....I cannot wait until I am wrong, but for now I will continue to be right.

Hey now Fever, I though you had turned over a new leaf? You mean I'm not the only one out there that did not put all my stock in the cupcake schedule?

Yes folks, I think our cupcake schedule has done more harm than good for this team. Sure, sure, we can't control that TCU and Iowa are not as good this year, but still, our schedule has not prepared this team to win MVC games.

I somewhat disagree, the Pittsburgh and TTU game did prepare us for conference this season. If we play like we did against Texas Tech, we will win almost all of our conference games. Texas Tech is still rated #20, BTW.

I think we have a chance to sweep Creighton and So. Illinois this year, and beat Illinois State at home. No. Iowa and Missouri State are the 2 question marks though. We might beat them at home, but I don't know about in their house.

Our team has to get tougher on the road, for a full 40 minutes.

The Shocks have a good shot at winning this game if they bring their lunch pails and hard hats and toss in a good dose of good, smart, team basketball.

However, I'm not convinced we are yet ready to be road warriors, but I would love to be proven wrong. Plus the Bears are playing very well at his point.

            MSU - 73
            Shocks - 67

            Despite my prediction - :goshocks:

A big plate of crow sounds pretty good. I will have the salt at the ready!

              MSU

It is time for the blind squirrel to find the winter nut. Shox have been sooo bad on the road since the glorious run at LSU, Syr, Wy, et al. Head says no dice but I think we hit on all cylinders for the W.

Then my bet is off (or my prediction is not-applicable) :)

MSU will certainly be the favorite. WSU still has not won a meaningful road game in the last three years. ShockerFever has not been wrong yet this year.

                  So:
                  Shox 78
                  Bears 75

But the way we are going to win is to just stay in and Lag 4 to 8 points behind most of the game, then hit a couple of sleeper threes. Then we get a shot at the end to win it and TM takes it and pulls a Kyle Wilson from 4 years ago and we sprint home from springfield a winner. yeah!

The key to the game is the shockers inside game. The big four inside players need to be in double figures. The Shocks need to play inside out. If they jack up too many threes early, MSU will win. If they go inside, it could be a close game. MSU is 8-0 at home.

                      WSU- 62

                      MSU- 70

Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

More than likely we will lose by 7 or more. I thought MSU was a pretender a couple of weeks ago but they have convinced me they are a contender. If we win, it's a huge.

I still think MSU is going to fade. I keep thinking that and they keep failing to do it. If they do fade, and I still think they will, it will be later in the season.

This would be a great time for MSU to have their bubble burst and start their way down the standings, but I don't think it's going to happen. Someone else is going to get the unexpected and tough W in Springfield.

I think the margin will be 8 or more. Let's just say MSU - 72, WSU - 64. I have other commitm3nts Wednesday, so I have to DVR the game. I hope I need to watch the game, be cause I don't normally feel inclined to watch games that I know are losses.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.
