    Jays Fans blaming Matty P and his new website

    Personally, I blame the new website. Obviously it has put a curse on the Creighton Basketball program.
    I also blame the website and Perrault. Perrault destroyed my favorite thing about the program, which was the Bluejay Cafe. Hopefully, the real Cafe will come back when Perrault gives up on this, which he will soon.
    Perrault is a major Douche and a poor excuse for a journalist if that is what he is pretending to be. Seriously, does he get some monetary benefit from this board?
    No question the new Web site has been the down fall of Creighton basketball... I couldn't go a day without checking the old message board, now I check about once a week... It used be enjoyable to get home after a Jay's game to read the message board with several threads and contributors... Now after a game we are lucky to have one thread going...

    Bring back the Old Bluejay Cafe and the team will turn the season around...

    Just remember before you trash the jays too bad. The shockers have always had trouble beating them. They have a winning record against us. ( Just saying)

        I found CU's Rivals board around the start of the season. It's been a joy to read.
        The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
        We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

            I'm very skittish about relishing the implosion of another program, perhaps its because my own alma mater has not had sustained success (NCAA tourney) and such success is usually fleeting. But don't get me wrong I do enjoy beating Creighton and would love to sweep them this season, heck every season!

                  Last week Phog had 3 threads on the front page involving WSU...does that mean KU fans are obsessed with us? This is a basketball forum, anything basketball related is fair game, especially if a semi successful rival is in a downward spiral with no bottom in sight.

                  Anyway, I just see this thread, unless you're counting... "UNI vs. Creighton" :roll:

                        I would also add that the most enjoyable and knowledgeable sports boards in the Valley have lots of threads about other teams. They have good fan bases who know something about basketball in general, and other Valley teams in particular and are not afraid to express strong opinions (either way) about them. The worst boards are self-absorbed, post only about their own team and are generally filled with delusional fans.
