  • Clevin Hannah: Unsung Hero

    Some nice pub for Clevin.

Replacing a lottery pick at the most important position in basketball as a freshman isn't easy. Nor is stepping onto one of the most famous courts in basketball and asked to be the team's third and final guard...
“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

    Nice article.
Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful:
Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

      Liked his sentiments:

The one game Wichita State did lose this season, Hannah didn't play. If he's on the court, it's hard to imagine the Shockers would have lost to a Pitt team that's clearly mediocre this season.

It's getting mentioned more and more that WSU's only loss was without Hannah. That needs to be common knowledge and the word is out.

I'm getting the impression a lot of writers are putting a mental question mark or asterisk on WSU's only loss.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

Me too and I hope this is the case. The game would have, at the very least, been closer – but I am not sure it is fair to Pitt (they played well) to say WSU would have won. If WSU continues to win that asterisk will help the national perception of the team – but I wouldn’t classify Hannah as an “unsung hero” – at least not around Wichita.

Hannah is probably the only player this team cannot “afford” to lose.

Clevin battled the guy who led the Big XII in assists last year, and after Singletary, Tech's best player.

Clevin won that war and showed that he is better than one of the BIG XII's best point guards.

              I loved watching the matchup.
