"I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

Whether you saw him or not, you have to pretend and put Larry Bird on this list, no matter your age. Best MVC player ever.

The who's who of who has played in the Roundhouse is an impressive list.

1981 McD's AA game was there. Jordan, Ewing to name a couple played in it.

Hersey Hawkins, Big O, Bird, Russel and on and on it could go.

I, unfortunately, never got to see any of those guys play there. Does a pickup game with the X-man count as seeing him play there?

Mike Glenn-Awesome...he would come off a pick about 25 feet out and the ball was already headed to the basket ...swish...time in and time out.

Before Creighton rejoined the valley Paul Silas in his senior year played here in a regional. They lost to WSU.

Add Mark Aguirre of Depaul. Shocks overcame something like a 13 point deficit in less than 3 minutes to win.

                    Darnell Valentine.
                    Brad Schreck.
                    Dave Robisch.

Yates, Thacker, and Hogue from Cinncinatti.

I believe Junior Bridgman played here when Louisville was in the valley. Frazier played here with Southern Illinois when they were div. 2

Danny Manning......though he played FAR from his best that night......with a little bit of our help.

Bud Stallworth........dude still holds the arena single game, single player scoring record (I didn't really see him, but someone else here did, of that I'm sure).
