For Karma reasons, I am going to say that it is still early and the BJ's could still make a little run in the conference and right the ship...

Oh it is most definitely still early, but I think they are already at the point of having to win in STL to go, thanks to their non-conference debacle.

I wouldn’t count CU out in conference play; however, short of winning the tournament they are more likely to be a spoiler – their shot at an at-large bid is somewhere between slim and none.

You can't count out CU, no doubt about it.

But with P-Punk Stinnett outbursed on facebook - I do think there are some major issues going on with the program. When you take everything that has happened over the summer to now - it is starting to look like Altman is losing control.

I suspect Altman will lay the hammer down soon and if they can have some early success in the MVC then the ship will be righted. If they don't have some success then Omaha might implode.

We need to win in Omaha. That's all there is to it. I could care less if they make it to the tourney--I guess if they do that means the Valley got more than 2 bids, so that's good I suppose.

Nothing will be sweeter than to pull of a W in that big 'barn' they call an arena.

Give sCUm fans a break. Since most of them are Husker fans, football season still going on means that at least 90% of "Creighton" fans haven't been paying attention to basketball yet at all and probably don't even know what CU's record is. It is really more like a preseason poll for sCUm fans.
