The coach didn't sound very upset with his comments we heard in the press room. He will be on KNSS in a minute and hear what he says.

Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

With all the combinations - it's tough to get any flow; some of this was likely self-induced to be able to drvie home points over practice this next week. Will definitely have everyone's attention. :wsu_posters:

Reminded me alot of the Newman game, constant subbing didn't allow for any group of players to get into a rhythm together.

These guys get 10,000+ per basketball game, they have a perfectly good football stadium right next door and they don't have a football program. Weird as hell.

I'm glad to see the players get this game out of their system.

Marshall's quote in the post-game interview with Kennedy was a classic in understatement, "It was a win, but it certainly wasn't exhilarating".

There were extended stretches of no starters on the court. That combination of players didn't do real well. When the starters came bak on, they had some good moments, but never really got it in gear and kept it there.

I had the impression that this game got treated a bit like a scrimmage. You could see that the Shox were trying things they wanted to look at in game situations.

It was a W and in a couple of weeks it will...well, it will still just look like a W. I think the coaching staff has a nice list of things to work on over Christmas break. I think the players realize they all have things they ned to work on. In that aspect, maybe it was a good win.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Meh, I'll take the double digit win. But this team DEFINATELY needs to play better on the road against Illinois St next week. I am confident they will though.
"He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!

I agree that was pretty much the key right there. The second five played quite a bit as a unit and did not really play all that well.

Unlikely, that we will see that substitution pattern very often during the conference season.

Looking forward to getting off to a good start in the conference.

The following is my favorite comment from the ND State forum:

                              "Re: Gameday: Wichita State
now that a college basketball crowd and atomshpere...jealous..."
