Honestly it's the fans in the "see all" position. We have a better view of that type of call and need to bring the house down when it happens. The coaches are at a tougher angle, and with bodies flying everywhere might not even be able to see it at all.

Next time let's make sure that coach is aware that something is amiss so he can call a timeout and get the refs to take a look.
