There is a curious aspect of Mayes' three ball attempts.

Some of his attempts were so ugly, one might never think he averaged 30 points per game in high school. So far, I have chalked it up to being nervous and inexperienced.
A team with this much talent, especially with such balanced scoring, should not have a lot of beat the shot clock attempts. Do we?
I may be incorrect, but in the TCU game, we had 2 shot clock prayers and 1 game clock prayer.

WSU is shooting 38% when you ommit Mayes (1-6) and Williams (3 for 15). Outside of these guys, WSU lowest 3 point shooter is Durley 4-12.
Not trying to be mean, but didnt I post the exact same thing(only using up to date stats including the TCU game) about Hannah an hour ago?
      Who are you?

Just kidd'n. Sorry, just didn't see it. I was reading the original post when I replied. One of those things that happens when one can't be monitoring 24-7 and have to play catch up.
