He was talking about the TCU game and that he had the billy tubbs situation in mind but didnt want to get a technical there because it would have been a bad situation much like getting a technical called on you with 18 seconds left.
Now for the people who read that and still dont follow....
Dana Altman received a tech with 18 seconds left in their GMU game which ended up costing them a win.
Coach Marshall was making fun of Dana.
Creighton vs Wichita State = gooooooooooood times.
This Marshall-Altman thing is pretty funny to watch. I can't wait until Jan. 9th!
We are already pretty much assured of a decent schedule next year with Tulsa, LSU and the three in Hawaii. Add one more pretty good team and IMO all will be happy.

We'll see who we get in the Mountain West matchup, but that will probably be, at minimum, a decent road game.

I didn't hear but about 5 min. at about 2:15 but he was either asked a question about scheduling or made some of his own comments to the effect that some of the critics (questioner had been a media critic of his schedule). I think that he was referring to us being lucky to play TT when highly ranked. He said that he had been at Winthrop where he had only 13 home games and he had to play everybody on the road. He knew how hard it was to be at Winthrop and he wasn't about to go back to that type of scheduling.
Anyway, he said more but I couldn't listen. Suffice it to say that he seemed pleased with our schedule this year. I wasn't able to hear very much. So I wondered if someone else had.
I don't know who the critic was but HCGM was a little snippy in his reply about HIS scheduling and that he would continue to schedule as HE saw fit or until ADES took that responsibility away from him. His program his schedule. Good for him. :good:
Awwww.... You mean HCGM does the scheduling. Here I was giving some props to ADES for scheduling Tulsa.
Regardless, it's nice to see Tulsa back in town for a little roundball.
