Channel 22 games aired in delay???

Ok so last night on channel 22 for cox, it says basketball WSU vs UMKC. I have my DVR set to record all new bball on that channel. It's set to record, and I switch to the channel to get a score update at around 7:45. Nothing but weather. At the bottom where they give updates such as "Meeting this wednesday at city hall." there is a line that says "Wichita State vs UMKC to aire Thursday 12/10." Yet the frigging channel guide says it should aire now.

I've noticed that all year they have had delayed airings on KU games. What is the deal?

The game was on KWCH last night. Im sure KS22 will be replaying the game today.

Why it still popped up on KS22 instead of KWCH is beyond me but thats what it is.

Yeah, that happened to me too. I caught the end of the game on the radio and very p*ssed I have 2 1/2 hours of weather radar. :-x

It sucks that the Eagle doesn't run the daily TV schedule anymore. That may have cleared up some of the confusion.

It was discussed on SN well before the game that is was on KWCH and not 22.

I was told the Eagle said both. But I believe CH22 was only for those outside the viewing area or something.

It was also listed on the front sports page with the WSU story and on page 2 in the sports section under 5 Day Planner.

When I checked goshockers.com earlier this week, it said 12. Sounds like you should be pissed at Cox for listed incorrect data.

WSU Vs UMKC

I mistakensly got on Ch 22 last night thinking they were the ones who wud show the game. However, they ran a post along the bottom of the screen that showed it's a replay tonight. I don't remember the time for it though. Get on the guide portion of your TV remote and it should show the time.

I think the game was on 12 in Wichita and 22 in the area not served by KWCH like Topeka and SE Kansas. Very confusing.

Your television came with a rectangular box that has buttons all over it. If a game you expect to find on one channel is not there, try pressing some of those buttons until you find the game.

Alternatively, the screen you're sitting in front of also has a series of buttons in front of it. Give a little tappa-tappa-tap on some of those and browse www.kansas.com or www.goshockers.com and see if the information is there on which channel to find the game.

Can't you figure that out, for chrissakes?

Sorry '85...I tried pushing all the little buttons on this thing and nothing popped up telling me when the next game is, what channel its on, what school i'm a fan of, what to wear tomorrow, or what car in the parking lot is mine.
