What you see on our schedule is the maximum number of BCS schools who are willing to play us, skippy.
      really? the maximum number?

My point remains the same, the team hasn't proven they can hang with national powers. Did we beat PITT? We'd be better served trying to win 75 percent of our Valley games.
And now you're on the hook. What about Okie State? Why do they refuse to play in Wichita after their near-miss within the past decade?

You guys/gals are still missing the point. Like most asinine comments that get posted on the board, you're missing the point. My question is: If you got your wish and we got clobbered (would have by KU, would have been closer to KSU), what would you be saying? You honestly think we could pull out a win?

We are not saying we can beat anybody. We just want the chance to consistently play quality opponents in the power conferences. Right now, it seems like the door is shut.

So wait. Are you questioning why WSU isn't playing BCS schools?

Or are you questioning how WSU fans think the team would fare playing BCS schools, thereby implying that we shouldn't play them?

You DO realize that all your posts are still on the internet, don't you? And that your contradictions are still there for all to see, right?
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

Again, congrats to KSU on the #17 ranking this week. It's their highest since the 1987-88 season. I wonder how far back you have to go before you find them at #8 or better? Another 20 years or MORE?

We don't do it because they won't play here. If we're LUCKY, they'll play us on a neutral court. KU and KSU won't even do that.

Not sure who this "we" is you're referring to, but actually WSU has been ranked as high as 8th in the country before the Valley games even started, and that was just 3 years ago. Of course after pounding on all the BCS and Final 4 teams we hit the meat of out schedule in the Valley and couldn't hold on....But don't worry, fellow WSU supporter, we'll be back.

This year--in Wichita vs. KSU, the answer would be YES. KU, well, probably not this season...but who knows. We'll never get the chance anyway.

and what happened when valley play started?? can't dominate/hang with the big boys until you dominate the little guys.

We would like to play KU/KSU they wont or KSU want a 2 for !, give me a break. KU turned down a made for tv game at their place on ESPN so we can mark those off until the Kansas Legislature can buy a clue, everybody wants to see these games except the AD departments and Coaching staffs of KU/KSU. KSU doesn't say a lot, KU "we would lose to much while not playing Toe Fungus State at home.

Both translate to we are scarred to death to play WSU, because we could lose and then where would we be?

Im not questioning, I'm telling you if WSU wanted to find a BCS school they would. A team like Oregon State and a win against them looks better than a win against South Carolina Upstate.

You know it is not really worth calling this guy an idiot or to attempt to respond to him. Just let the idiocy wash over and through you in a zen-like fashion.

It's a shame you have to resort to personal attacks. Of course, you could answer my question or back up an arguement of your own without acting like you are a cult like follower of WSU basketball.
