I like the Pomeroy ratings, always have.

And while it's still early for the RPI to have much meaning, it is beginning to take shape and I couldn't help but notice that wins over our last three opponents (and probably additional losses by those opponents) dropped us from 97 to 170. Home wins over bad teams are bad, RPI-wise. Valley went from 8th to 10th last night.

Hopefully a road win over UMKC and two home wins over TCU and TT will reverse that.

Kentucky hasn't impressed me much. A lot of close victories over bad teams. Almost blew the Carolina game. No big wins away from home.
