I still say we should put instructions on the big board for the crowd. They get it to stand for the defense, BUT ONLY IF WE SCORE FIRST. Every time our opponent scores first, everyone sits down. Am I wrong or are we not supposed to stand until we score AND until our defense allows the opponent to score?

Actually, you only sit when the opposing team scores. But in the event it is a free throw, everyone remains standing until the first "field goal." However, if the field goal occurs and it is the third Thusday of a month that ends in "r" then...

Is it really that difficult?
