Kyles can be the best player on the court at times, and at others he can be his own worst enemy. It looked like, by and large, his biggest problem last night was just jitters, and the best cure for that is to just play through it and get some nerves.
Wow, RJL and I completely agreeing on a topic. A 110% agreement.

What's next, some moron making a big deal out of GM's glasses?

Oh wait, I just scrolled down.

It may sound strange but during warm-ups the consensus in our section was that the team seemed "out of sync", of course we all thought or hoped they'd come around. The bogus block call seemed to completely demoralize the team and they never made a serious run after the call. Bottom line it wasn't our night. I'm reserving judgment on D.K.

That is not true. Here is their career 3 point %.

            Murry 57-174 32.7%
            Hatch 29-92 31.5%

Murry hit a higher pct last year and is doing better than Hatch this year.

Doesn't seem strange at all. One thing I have started doing is during warm ups is counting 3point shots. I have found this is a pretty good indicator of how good a team may shoot that night. If they are not hitting their uncontested 3pt shots, they are not likely hit contested in the game. Of course this is all anecdotal.

                1. Who is the only guard to lose his starting spot?

                Answer: Kyles

                2. Who had probably the worst statistical game last night of the guards?

                Answer: Kyles

He was outplyed last night by both freshman.

I think Cousinard redshirted back when MT was here and I think it helped him, maybe it might help Kyles too.

As for the comments about what you think of me, I don't care about that so save them for someone else's thread. If you don't have something intelligant to say, BE QUIET AND KEEP IT TO YOURSELF!!!
You know Ill give you the the fact Cooz redshirting helped him out. I was thinking to myself you last night "hey self, you should Mark Turgeon for redshirting JT Durley"

But after a poor game ONE poor game you are seriously coming up with a thread like this one?

You know its okay to have opinions, thoughts and feelings on all sorts of subjects. However you're opinion is based off of a very small sample size. Therefore it holds no merit and you sir should just stfu

I have no idea what this sentence meant, but it made me giggle.

                  Too much awesome sauce?

Hatch is a fundamentally better three point shooter than Murry. HCGM tried to change GH's shot last year and screwed him up for the season.

I guess Hatch was terrible against Iowa.

                        Hatch FG 4 FGA 6 (3 pts. 3-4)
                        Murry FG 7 FGA 14 (3 pts. 4-7)

I love Murry's game and potential but Hatch is a better shooter when he gets open shots. Both players are important to the team. (I also love Kyles' athletic potential.)
