I've determined for each player how many mintues they can play before getting their 5th foul and then multiplied those minutes by the per minute rates for rebounds and points. Here are the results in tabular form:
Stutz is the second rebounder at 8.0 in his 29.5 minutes (disregarding Felter and Mayes due to lack of playing time) and the fourth leading scorer at 13.6.
Of the top 5, only Stutz is unable to play 40 due to foul. Supplementing his minutes by using Blair for 10.5 minutes, the team points would be 80.7 and team reabounds would be 35.8; compared to actual of 69.3 and 34.8.
