To me the news from Paul S. on who's been practicing at point for this game is good indicator that Manigualt will redshirt. If not, don't expect him to see meaningful PT for a while.

I can't see Kenny redshirting and Tyler not, and I can't see us redshirting 3 players.....I just can't see Kenny redshirting.

I agree. I guess we'll know by tomorrow though.

After watching the first game, I can. There's a big difference in game readiness between Williams and Manigualt. Assuming Hannah will play in the near future, there will not be much meaningful pt for Manigualt. It could possibly be a wasted year.

I think Kenny will progress this year and could very well be the best defender of the PGs we have. On top of that I have no doubts that he'll be able to contribute this year as well. I too have a hard time believing he'll redshirt. If we only redshirt one more it's Tyler. He looked less ready to me.

Gee guys, it was Marshall who said that we could redshirt one more, either Kenny or Hamilton. I don't think he sees a lot of playing time for either. IMO if either one is agreeable to it, they will get redshirted to start the year. Of course, Marshall might be pushing harder for one than the other.

Since several others are getting pg practice time its doubtful we will see KT at that position when it matters, even when Clevin is out.

I'll just say this. It is DARN nice to even have the luxury of talking about possible redshirts LOL. :yahoo:

Tyler is talking about being ready to play tomorrow, so take it for what it's worth...

Here's the deal. The Shocks are a formidable Home team. Last game without Hannah, we were flat at times. Toure' took over towards the end and provided some nice leadership. Williams was a pleasant surprise. No wonder some were telling me through the summer that he was the most impressive of the newcomers. Our defense will be better but I believe we might have a closer game than some might think.

                            The Shocks win 70-63!!!!!!!
