                              The archives are available the second the program is over.

                              Basically the archives are nothing more than saved versions of the live stream. So they are being saved to disk in real time. You can actually download them at any time even while the game/show is still going on. However, if you do that you will of course only get the game/show up until the point where you finish the download.
