I'm not sure Heights would go that easy on them.

Did anyone else notice that Newman's Graduate Assistant Coach is Kurt Bangle?

Isn't Bangle the 6'9" guy from Great Bend (??? It was somewhere west of Wichita), who was recruited to WSU and then transferred to Mesa College in Colorado?

Another WSU/Newman connection is Scott Nuss. He's the SID at Newman and was a Grad Ass't at WSU last year while getting his Masters from WSU.

It looks like Volleyball, but it's really the score broken down into 8 minute increments:

                        WSU 25
                        Newman 7

                        WSU 9
                        Newman 25

                        WSU 25
                        Newman 13

                        WSU 17
                        Newman 25

                        WSU 15
                        Newman 9

Totalling up this spontaneous creativity, I give the Shockers a 5-set victory, by a total of 91-79.

I like your creativity and all, but it'll be a cold day in hell when we give up 79 points to Newman.

We don't give up 25 points in 8 minutes to Newman. I can MAYBE understand 79 points, but it be freezing in hell if we give up 25 points in 8 minutes to Newman. Coach Marshall will be very, very angry to say the least.
