Question about Shocker Madness

Frankamp was listed at 5-9 in middle school and was the 25th ranked player at the AAU 14 and under national tourney which featured 250 teams. I would say that qualifies him as a top 50-100 player in his class at this early stage.

Lots of underclass talent in Wichita this year. I hope we can grab some to replace Hatch, Blair, Ellis, Durley after 2010-11.

Derek Brown. Does anyone remember him. Where is he from, what year and how tall is he.

6'5". From what I hear he's been running with the guys during pick-up and was able to prove himself worthy of a walk-on spot.

D-BROWN!!! Good to see you back doing what you love so much. Derek had a burn inside him and just wanted to be a part of the team again. He had been in the gym before the team's practices shooting and stuff and approached Coach about being able to try-out. Coach gave him a shot and then announced to the team on Friday that D would be part of the team. The kid is on cloud 9. He is way down on the depth chart no doubt. And he knows that. He will be a great practice player with alot of energy and hustle. Couldn't be more proud of him.
