As a former graphic designer/web designer/marketer, that website looks like a mess to me.

I've got an instinctual cringe that happens every time I go to a website and immediately see the "loading" page for flash animation that's sure to be superfluous and pointless. Hello, 1999.

The site is a good idea, would be nice if WSU or Marshall came up with something similar. However, I also agree....A website that's 100% flash is a very bad idea. That site is a mess.
