  • Number 23 v. X Man

Since MJ went into the Hall of Fame this week, ESPN has been running clips of his play on the basketball court. I must admit that some of his moves and scores are from another planet.

My fav clip is of Jordan and X going jaw to jaw in some discussion. It was probably about world peace or world hunger or somethin' like that.

Here's a 12 second clip of Jordan and McDaniel.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Jordan was an absolute joy to watch on the court. He's 2nd to none.

The MJ/X clip is also a classic

            how about

no one could stop him on the court and if you got lucky one play then you rarely got a second chance because this dude broke your ankles for the rest of your life

"Jordan’s night to remember turns petty"

As the Hall of Fame opened its doors to Michael Jordan, the NBA's greatest player clung bitterly to the past.

I was actually thinking the same thing as the author as I watched it on my DVR, although I think he took it a little deep for dramatic impact. Jordan was Jordan, trash talking to the very end. I enjoyed the speech, and my take is that he earned the right to say whatever the hell he wants.

He's obviously the third best player of all-time (behind X and Hersey Hawkins... :yahoo: ) so I think he can say what he wants.

X would have killed him if MJ would have swung!

I love your picture too. X is still, by a wide margin, my favorite college (and professional for that matter) basketball player. He is, in part, why I became a Knicks fan (I was still in Wichita at the time).

X is also by a wide margin my favorite college basketball player of all time. I was watching tape of an old game the other weekend - there was and is nobody like him. He was continually prowling the floor, looking to make a big a play.

I like the X/MJ picture too, but I like mine better. If I remember correctly, I think Wes Mathews said something about how he liked Tulsa to win the Valley that year...
