    "widening gap between BCS and non-BCS schools". Definately unfortunate. Mostly due to $$$ of course, which we all already knew.

    Nice article. As long as TV revenue continues to go to so called top schools, the rest must suffer. Whats sad is the number of all the other schools alum are greater than the power conferences.
    I have come here to chew bubblegum and kickass ... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

      The latter is very true but it only makes a difference if the alumni of the other schools don't tune in to watch the "bcs" schools when they are on TV. If the ratings aren't there then the revenue won't be as lucretive.
