I think it means no one could sell (or would buy) advertising for his radio program in Omaha.

I've noticed there is still radio in Omaha. That means someone is selling and someone is buying advertising for radio other than Matt's defunct program.

What Matt seems to be trying to say is that he sucked at radio in Omaha.

Does this mean that only the people that are paying are the only ones that know that matty is inept or are allowed to talk about it? Wow that is either very arrogant or just plain stupid.
