It's far too early for such a list. Will UNI be as good next year as it was this year? My guess is "No." We don't know which players (or teams) will have improved. The conference is in flux right now.
Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful: Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.
As it stands, I don't see any big problems with his picks.
Here is one example. The article lists "G – Kevin Dillard – Southern Illinois" on the projected second team but fails to mention Toure' Murry, who some thought should have been the MVC FOY, anywhere at all.

There is no doubt that Murry will be an excellent player, but right now I don't see him as one of the top guards in the MVC. He didn't have a good shooting season at all, and save for a few games, he disappeared offensively in the last two months of the season.
Did I do something to make this board think that I'm joking with my articles? Like I've said before, I'm simply trying to get the MVC as much exposure as possible. You haven't seen most of my work posted here because it doesn't pertain to WSU, but the pieces I write about the league, I like sharing. I've always respected WSU fans since I started at Bradley more than 10 years ago. Randy Smithson was one of my first interviews, and he was a class guy with me.
1. Having two teams get two players each on the first team. This has less to do with talent evaluation than in knowing that all conference teams just don't normally work this way. The league winner may get two spots, but you are unlikely to have two teams get that honor.
2. I really don't see Odiakosa being a 1st team selection. He is a fine player, but not the kind of player that gets selected for 1st team honors (maybe that kind of player should, but they just don't). I think he is an easy choice to repeat on the all defense team, and may get on one of the lower all conference lists, but not first team. To a lesser extent, I think the same holds true for Ahelegbe.
3. Eglseder is a question mark in my mind as well. As good as he is, I'm not sure that you can give all-conference honors to a guy that struggles to average 20 minutes a game. If his conditioning improves, the pick is certainly viable (and maybe even first team), but given his frame, I think there may be inherent limits on the minutes he can play.
