I think the leader on ESPN missed about four games but they were in the first and second round. Cleveland State and Michigan State were big spoilers this year.
Even the top person on all of Yahoo didnt have a perfect bracket. 8)
I don't know that I've every seen a perfect bracket...Maybe once on ESPN, but can't remember for sure. Of course you can use some common sense and sports knowledge to reduce the number of brackets, but there are a total of 9,223,372,036,854,775,808 possible brackets. A couple of examples of how many this is (that I pulled from some random sites):
If all possible brackets were stacked on top of each other (on standard paper), the pile would reach from the moon and back over 1.1 million times.
Assume on the day the universe was formed (approximately 20 billion years ago) that 6.6 billion people (the world’s current population) would have each started filling out one bracket per second; as of today they would completed less than 10% of all possible brackets.

In the 2 brackets I played in I scored 129 and 149. Both scores were good enough for 1st place winning$$$. :)

Now you place it all in a context, which I can understand. Sorta like PowerBall squared.
Thanks.
