question about next year

I normally would hate this type of topic coming this early, but gawd, I need something to take my mind off of the debacle in St. Louis. My question is this: where do the think the Shox will be picked in the pre-season media poll? I'm going to say 4th, behind CU, UNI and ILL St. in that order (Although I could easily see UNI and ISU switch those spots).

I don't get the love for SIU. From everything I've read, their recruiting class isn't that good. They lose Mullins, Boyle and Clemmons. There is one transfer in the wings and we all know how those may or may not work out like expected.

SIU's transfer was 3rd Team All-Big 10 as a junior so he will probably be a factor. However, I think Doc has them higher than they will be picked. So far nothing else is coming in that will give them much immediate help.

I don't think that MSU is being given enough credit. They may be picked last, but they'll finish around 7th or 8th.
