I feel a bit sorry for the kid, but he learned a life lesson. Don't expect love from the player if you are wearing the opposing teams gear.

Don't feel sorry for the kid at all! Notice when Paul first walks by, the other fans are cheering and clapping. This kid just looks at him, not with awe, but more like distain. It's not until Pierce starts givin' some love to the fans that the kid feels he can get some notice. WRONG! If Pierce had given the kid some skin, can you imagine the pictures of it in the Cleveland papers.

It works both ways, though.
About a month ago, a couple of kids wore LeBron gear to an OKC Thunder game vs. the Cavs and were sitting down pretty low. During the game, LeBron recognized and pointed to them in the crowd. After the game, LeBron found the kids and gave each of them one of his shoes.

Originally posted by ShockTalkAs far as this kid is concerned -- your point is? The kid should expect a shoe from LeBron? The kid should expect a shoe from Pierce? Durant gave these other kids high fives in OKC?

Totally relaxed '85. Video is just classic, as is Awesome's comment:
"Seriously. What the crap is wrong with his parents? You're sitting courtside at a Celtics game and you let little Bradley wear a freaking Cavs jersey. Seriously were you born in Omaha or just summer there?
