Just made it back to the hotel, On The Metro(great Alkaline Trio song). Great game by the Shockers, let's keep it up against Creighton!

No other team brought as many fans as us tonight. We made Mo St. look like Evansville and the venue is in their backyard.

Apparently no one but me has ever personally drawn the ire of the CU priest during the Harstad/Gallagher days.

Okay, fine. It must just be a personal issue I have.

But I think the CU priest did put in a good word for us, when I begged him to pray for the WSU program because we hired Mike Cohen. So I guess he's not that bad of a guy.

I thought that guy was a bishop? Nevertheless, I had a moment or 2 with him over the years as well. Real prack that guy. Entitlement.


Now back to the game.


Shocks played hard, but not great. Officials were good to us. Fouling out WK with 10 to go, where it happened, is a call that rarely happens. Memo to all players, when you run your mouth all the time to the refs, don't expect a lot of calls. See Kyle Weems.

Lack of depth killed MSU. Unless they are bringing in an SIU 08 type recruiting class they should go to front desk of their hotel and say "thanks again and please go ahead and book the same thing for us next year."

Our guys really looked focussed and ready to go. We did not play well offensively AT ALL, but otherwise executed nicely.

RDR has to be happy with that TO+FOUL total.

Shocker fans are great. Simply great.

CU fans blow.

Reggie Britton took a hard, hard fall last night. I know he and Brett were thrilled to be able to play. I hope he isn't too sore today.

I'm going to really enjoy a full day of hoops today.

Wouldn't it be great to do the same tomorrow?

If all the top 4 seeds win today, mark me in the stunned group.
