Here's the deal. This is not just a prediction on who wins our play in game, but also how many total games the Shockers win? 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4. Next, in case of a tie, how many total points scored in the Shocks final game we play at the Lu so kcshocker11 can break that tie and declare a winner. The Bears played us very tough both times but we beat them by 7 Thursday. Shockers will also win an upset in the 2nd round no matter who we play---but run out of gas and consistency thereafter.

I honestly think we can beat MSU and give Creighton a very good game - I think we match up well with them. Whether or not we have the energy to win after coming off the MSU game is the big question. After that, I just don't think we would have enough left in the tank to win the next game - unless we get lucky with another favorable matchup. IllSU and Bradley scare me the most of all the teams.

Pathetic? We MAYBE win againt MO State, but definitely not CU. They have something to play for - an NCAA Tourney spot. We don't. Sure, sure, you can use the good ol' coachspeak and say one game at a time, and nothing it impossible and if we play like we are capable of playing we can take this tourney etc.

But really, this team is worn down. I give them all the credit in the world to come back well in an 0-6 start, but all that energy devoted in doing so mentally and physically has caught up with them. Factor in a disappointing loss at SIU where they could have avoided Thursday it all points to losing quickly and preparing for next season.

I predict HCGM will enjoy the tournament a lot more than last year, when he got thrown out of the game. That was definitely a low point of the season.

I'm not into picking the score, but I think HCGM starts his arch madness dominance like his Winthrop years, and we win the tournament.

I think Ramon has a great tournament, knowing these are his last games.

Clevin rides into the tournament on his fantastic game at SIU.

Toure picks up the marbles he dropped in Carbondale, and has a great tournament.

I think Kyles makes his breakout moment this tournament, because we need the depth to come out if we're going to be successful, and this is his moment to really show us he will be a starter.
