It doesn't really matter who we play now, since we have to play on Thursday. We face a HUGE uphill battle that is almost impossible to win. It looks like our season will be over after Louey.

True, but I will feel good if we can at least grab 1 or 2 wins in St Louis. I don't expect to win the whole thing, I just hate 1 and done.

True, but then again about a month or two ago I didn't see anything above 9th with MAYBE 3-4 valley wins likely either. I think we can win at least 1 game in St Louis....2 wins would be gravy.

Either way, the way I see it is we did improve as the season progressed....even if it was mostly at home. Our record is better than last years....we finished higher than last year....and if we can win at least 1 in St Louis then that is 1 more than last year.

That's called improvement...and if I see that kind of improvement each year then I will be a happy Shocker fan.

Thought we would really play with a purpose tonight. Scored enough points to win. Defensively we simply were not up to the task.

Did not play bad, but I did think SIU as a whole played harder and tougher than we did.

Hopefully, we get at least two games in at St. Louis, although there is no good reason to expect that based on our history there.
