Good article, answered a few questions of mine.

Coy looks really soft in that photo. I'm tired of nice guys... I hope his looks are deceiving...

Backing out of his commitment with ASU when he knew full well that his father was ill is a sign of softness. Hopefully it was a one time deal...

I'm not a fan of "great kids" or "nice boys". I want an 18 year old man that has had a few tough times in his past and is looking to make the MOST of his opportunity at Wichita State. I want a young man that is ready to take out his lifetime frustrations on the opponent (and the rim).

Stutz is performing like the quintessential "nice boy" on the court.

He’s just trying to get acclimated right now to competing in practice, it gets pretty intense sometimes. We amp it up, we don’t call a lot of fouls.
Perhaps we should call a few fouls on A.J. during practice. Perhaps that is why he is a superman in the practice gym and not on game day. He is allowed to "fly" through his defenders.

          Huh?

Ah, the sequel: "Return of The Jerk." Very nice, Cold. You absolutely reek class. Well, reek, anyway.

Do some research (Hint: NCAA exception request). It will eliminate those frequent and pesky "Huhs".

Sorry, but the "babyface" mug shot is the first good look I have had of the kid. He looks soft. I mean "Puffs" tissue soft. I hope he proves me wrong.

Cold. I usually like a lot of your stuff but this is one of the weakest and most classless of your posts. It has so little basis in fact that it does not need to be addressed. Just a gratuitous slam against someone we were lucky enough to sign.

Come on, a picture has nothing to do with what type of game you have on the basketball court.

                    Coy

Cold earns bush league post of the year.

Be critical of a player's performance, etc. not his head and shoulder photo.

Not a slam, just an observation. You always know you are going to get unfiltered opinions from CB. Take it for what it's worth. I'm fairly sure that I was not the only one that thought this when looking at his locker room picture.

The Shocker Nation is never "lucky". Coy was lucky to sign with the Shockers!

And in regards to the Coy deal. Did you really think he was going to choose Drake over us? Drake with no baseball?

Here's some Shocker trivia, which "babyfaced" player has caused the most pain for Shocker fans in recent years. I can think of one right away. He has graduated though.

Now that I look at the picture again I am noticing a slight laziness in his left eye. That could be a sign that he is a shifty player with all kinds of tricks up his sleeve! ;-)

PJ Couisnard looked like a little kid in his first WSU picture.

I am looking forward to seeing him play, I saw youtube clips of him in high school. I know it was high school but he didn't look soft.
