Ok, so there was a ref right on the time line and the play happens right in front of him and he doesn't call it.

The other ref half way across the court sees that the call isn't going to get made so he blows the whistle. I'm glad he did.

But wtf is with the guy missing the over and back 4 feet in front of him?
