If Stutz gets the ball near the basket he should not dribble, he should merely pivot, jump, and dunk (or lay it over the rim if he cannot jump more than 24 inches).

I don't believe that. The ball doesn't weigh that much... He's been jumping since he was 3 years old chasing bubbles and butterflies. Am I supposed to believe that he is now a borderlined handcapped 7 footer that doesn't even know how to jump?
