Did you watch Durley's effort last year compared to this year? I think anyone would agree it was more than 180.

    I get your point....
I don't think you get it 02. 180 is the BEST turnaround you can make.
Thanks for wording it for me. When I read his reply, I was just kind of sitting here scratching my head wondering how to explain it.
Geez come on I'm just trying to make a point that he has made far strides.

I hear you 02. He has turned his game up tremendously, and I hope he continues to get even better in the next few years. He also sounds like has a good head on his shoulder, and has his mind in the right place. Very humble in the article.

Maybe JT should take a role as team leader. Someone who helps light a fire under the team when they are not performing up to the level they are capable of. I agree with Craig Steven's comment last night during the game. Some player needed to take control and let the rest of the team know that half-hearted effort won't be acceptable.

          How about a 540, 900 or (gasp) a 1260? ;-)

JT has always had the rep of a player who did better in games than in practice.

His game play is improving. He's lost some of his O while he's been working on D, but that had to happen and some drop in one area should be expected while a player is concentrating on another area.

The next step in JT's development will be when we hear he's a leader in practices.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

Well JT is only a sophmore, and he has improved from last year. That is the important point. He has become instrumental in our Offense mainly because our offense lacks in other areas.

His effort is better, meaning he is playing harder and trying more. JT has talent, particularly offensive talent, and can finish the ball good. He could be a leader, and one of those to lift up the team.

And I think Stutz has probably motivated JT to play harder some.

In the summer pickup games I observed, he had started to take on that role a bit with Ramon. I was surprised to see him step up a bit.
