    Not sure I agree with this. He needs to keep in mind who got him into this country and out of Africa. It took congressional intervention upon our part just to get him here.

    That said I just get this tone from EO that his word is binding.

      It sounded like he believes in the coach and WSU, and that is more binding than any piece of paper could be.

      He sounds like a fine young man that has his head on straight.

        I remember from somewhere that JUCO kids sign financial aid papers rather than LOI. What I can't figure out is how early such financial aid papers could be signed and, if signed, how irrevocable they really might be. Anybody else familiar with this issue?
