The best coach in the history of the Missouri Valley Conference should not be losing to an 0-6 team with a fanbase that averages about 6,000 less than their team. Clearly Double G forgets that he is in the MVC now and not in the Big South. He is just not ready to coach in this league with players that are "longer, quicker and stronger". 8)

Excuse me guys, but I too was alive when all this transpired. I KNOW what he said and HOW he said it. I didn't like it anymore than the rest of you did. But that was in the past. Let's see if he has reformed any and is cutting Marshall some slack. Maybe MP realized he was a part of the problem and decided to cool his tactics. All I'm saying is don't burn him again until he does or says something else.

Since this has lasted for over a year...I doubt MP has learned his lesson. He deserves everything still being thrown his way.

The kid had a chance to take the high road over the "lob" comment. He chose not to.

But he isn't likely to mouth off after a thorough defeat. If he does, I'd have to think he just reached the pinnacle of his career. If he is silent it means nothing until the next opportunity.

If he had the class he accuses Marshall of not having, it would have been over after his post-interview rant last year.

I didn't listen to the whole show (dude is just painful to listen to.....how much can one douchebag talk about UMASS?) but the section that he talks about "the game" he never mentioned one thing about it.

Not one. It seemed obvious he went out of his way NOT to mention WSU.


At one point, talking to his sidekick (sorry...hero support) he mentions CU's recent games against "SIU" and "Bradley" and "this one".


He did slip later and refer to us as "Wichita" but that was it. No talk about the score, the coach, the game, the crowd, the gynormous can of whoopass that was opened all over his beloved JaySox.....etc..


This clown makes me laugh in a mistreated sad clown kind of way.
