If we play the way we have the last three games, we will be buried. SIU had their game with Creighton won TWICE, once at the end of regualtion and then just 30 second from the end of the OT, but the BJs played hard and smart and came up with a loose ball and ------ Nevermind, I'm ranting. The end result is I predict a loss, but I am hoping for effort with a capital "E".

CU hits a last second 3 point shot to end the first half with a 39-28 lead. WSU comes out flat in the second half as CU builds the lead to as much as 19 points before WSU starts showing signs of life and makes the score look a little more respectable by the final buzzer!

I want to see the players be allowed to "play" this game. I want to see them having fun.

I want to see the players allowed to play a shift and come out when they are tired not when they make a mistake.

I don't care if we lose by 20 but I want to see us score at least 70. That can happen if they are allowed to run and have fun.

It's time to put down the whip and the manual and just let the boys have some fun.

This Saturday I don't want to see a defensive battle, I want to see some players who know how to run, run. I want to see smiles, high-fives, and some pretty dunks.

I don't care if we play 'Ole defense as long as we run back smiling.

This team needs to take some baby steps to get right again. It starts with having fun and doing what is most fun in basketball, shooting the ball.

Phone Diana up and tell her she will have an easy 80-90 points Saturday, but we are gonna shoot the hell outta the ball and run, run, run...
