Didn't UNI beat LSU @ LSU during their Final Four year?

Check #3 Fever, that's one. MU, the biggest chokers in the history of the Tournament.

I think this makes all of these seasons of total garbage more to stomach because we have shown, even recently, that our program can be so much more than what it has been the last 3 seasons. I'm not saying that we deserve better because in the grand scheme of things, my life doesn't depend on Shocker basketball being good. But sometimes you just have to shake your head at the events that transpire.

I'm in super-post mode right now. Skimmed through too quick.

That is an 'interesting' list to say the least..

              Another list:

              1. vs. Iowa 1990---that win (and pictures from the game) kept UNI able to recruit some of the foundational pieces of the overall D1 basketball program. That picture has been shown to almost every recruit since then, and the implication that UNI was a real D1 program was never again questioned...let alone it catapulted UNI into the MVC, and also gave confidence to make it to and then win in the NCAA's.
              2. vs. Missouri 1990---a win in the NCAA tourney would be #1 in most schools books who have only had 1 NCAA tourney berth, but this is a different circumstance.
              3. at Wichita State 2005---simply put, we don't win it on regional/national television with all the eyes of the NCAA committee watching it, and this team doesn't get it's first ever at-large bid.
              4. vs. Missouri State 2004 MVC Tourney---The game that started the streak. Guts by broken wristed David Gruber, endurance by Pete Schmit and Brooks McKowen after Foster was done for the year, and clutch shooting by Benny J.
              5. vs. Bucknell 2006---National TV game, and another one of those, if we don't win, we probably don't get in (probably, not don't as game #3 said).
              6. vs. LSU 2005---It's arguable that this LSU team was the most talented team UNI has ever beaten. To do it on their floor was a thing of beauty. Knowing that UNI had a SEC Champion win in their back pocket all year long made some late losses a little easier on the stomach.
7-8 vs. UIC/UWGB games in AMCU
9-10 vs. SIU (by 20ish) in 2004 in the largest non-Iowa/ISU game in many years (if ever) and the Iowa 2006 win in OT.
Comment 1: A game that allowed UNI to keep recruiting D1 ballplayers?
Comment 2: What is the AMCU? Sounds like an insurance company or ticker symbol on the NASDAQ.
