Interesting so far. I thought it would be interesting to see how the callers reacted after the bad loss. The "fire Marshall" call was rude.

I missed the first 20 minutes. But just heard Marshall reference it. I'll have to go back and listen to it later.

It was rude and it was cowardly and does not represent the feelings of shocker fans.

A coach should only be judged after about three years of his own people. Marshall isn't even through year one.

Certainly hope most are more sensible then him.

It wasn't even that funny. I wonder if it took him all day to think of something like that? Then he rushed it and then ran away like the cowardly lion.

                (paraphrasing)

"We can't go pick up players off the waiver wire or trade them."

"It's too early to kick kids off the team, that has to wait until the end of the season."

"Durley refuses to post up, instead he prefers to float around. He doesn't like body contact."

"Clevin is only 5'10" and about 150, whereas the UNI guard was 6'2" and 200. We'll work with Clevin but he'll never grow to that size. Kenny Manigault brings us 6'4" and 190" in the door."

"Murry and Stutz and eventually Kyles will be that foundation for us. Once Kyles gets used to the physicality of the college game."

"UK coach Gillaspie thinks Stutz could play in the NBA. He has tremendous hands and a tremendous desire to be the best player he can be."

Whoa, who is he talking about? Or was he just frustrated?

So in other words...it's the players' fault? I understand looking to the future...but continually throwing the current players under the bus isn't acceptable to me. He needs to take a little responsibility himself. He's the one who recruits them and prepares them. Even if he just takes responsibility to deflect the attention from the players.

It looks like a completely different group of offensive sets when Durley is in. I thought maybe they actually ran different sets when Durley was in, although I could never figure out what Durley was trying to do.

As near as I can figure out, Durley kind of plays on his own and tries to get open low, but not in the scheme of the offense. He gets some points that way, but it almost looks like he's sort of drifting around until he sees an opening to get to the baseline uncontested. He's not bad at that, but it doesn't seem to help the overall intent of the offense.

A former tight end who doesn't like body contact? What's wrong with that picture?
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

                            Not much to tell -

Someone called in and said we needed to change from "Marshall Law" to a "Fire Mashall". Not exactly sure how he said it but you get the idea.

Kennedy then remarked on the callers levity. The guy could not have been on more then 30 seconds.

                            Thats it.
