Last time I went to a CU game, there was a crazy bad blizzard coming out of Omaha. Every CU fan we ran into said we should stay in Omaha and always said "we have some very nice hotels."
You may think "Oh, they were just being nice" but it was creepy how they all said the same thing in the same way. It had some serious "you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave" vibe.
Anyways, Sunday at 7:05 is an awful time for a road game for me. I'll be enjoying that game from Wichita through the power of television.Comment
