Murry, Durley, and Kyles playing in Texas against a Texas school that didn't recruit them. And probably playing as the underdogs.

The team is getting a good experience at what's required to stay motivated game after game. It's not easy to maintain for young players, but there's a reason in this game - and the next.

Interesting matchup to watch will be at PG - Raider Roberson vs Shocker Hannah

Roberson. a classic Tim Hardaway-type athletic PG, was TX POY and has serious ball-handling skills, , can usually get his shot whenever he wants, and stick the trey when open .

CH is obviously rising to the challenge of MAJOR D1 competition and should learn from this matchup. Hopefully that will be a good learning experience.

I think TTech, like the Shox, are also a "work-in-progress" but the refs may ultimately be the difference in this game.

Tech likes to score, lets other team shoot so they can get the ball back...I would guess the game will be in the 70s....winner hits 80 points

Tech has two good offensive weapons, Voskuil and Roberson. Voskuil uses screens well and can carry them from the perimeter. Roberson's a good shooter with some bounce. They're both clutch players. If you can keep them under control, or at least find some players that can match them, it's going to be a tight game.

I think this is a pretty good match-up for you guys if the Shockers play like they did in Orlando.
