If we can play two halves like the second half last night, we'll make it close. I hope we still have the Big East's number. It still won't be quite enough, though.
If we give GT a good fight and use this experience to learn and grow as a team, then the outcome is positive independent of the score.
You do know that there is at least one Shocker alum on the Georgetown faculty. http://explore.georgetown.edu/people...TemplateID=130 "Education: Ph.D. (1997) Wichita State University, Applied Mathematics"
One member of the Georgetown faculty used to work at Koch. http://www.law.georgetown.edu/Facult...llTime&ID=2372 "Between 1997 and 1999, Professor Hasnas served as assistant general counsel to Koch Industries, Inc. in Wichita, Kansas."
Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful: Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.
Only a 27 point loss KC? Now before the Season, didn't you say we would win around an astounding 23 games? What happened to your Shocker faith? Are you still again playing the devils advocate? So you think our recent domination of the Big East is about to crash and burn? Did you know we have a Shocker overall winning record versus Big 10 teams? Check it out.
Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.
That's odd... I didn't post anything Billy Packer like, but you did post something Dave Dahl like. I guess you don't get jokes. Or maybe I just don't get yours...
"He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!
Yes, this stretch of five games beginning with Georgetown maybe characterized by growing pains. Let's just hope we get through it without any broken bones.
