    SIU about to lose

    SIU - 68
    WKU - 77

    30 secs left

They do appear to shoot better...44% FG, 56.3% 3pt, 83.3% FT...but their defense isn't where it usually is.

    WKU shot 48% FG, 47% 3pt

If we could just pull out one win this week we will probably be considered one of the Valley's best!

Well at this point we aren't much worse than most of the Valley teams. Almost all have laid at least 1 egg. The bad part is ours was at home, but still.....

wow, so Maryland beating Michigan St this early doesn't really shock me. But to beat them by 18? wow......

Tennessee leads Georgetown by 2 at halftime. Very back and forth game.

So far valley is 2-0 today as Illinois St really struggled to beat Nicholls St...but did finally put them away....

                      updated:

Valley went 2-2 on the day as Missouri St lost at home to Utah and UNI got demolished by Marquette.

Our non-conf opponents went 0-3 today. Although Centenary ALMOST got LSU. Man I wish we played LSU this year like we were supposed to LOL.

There are some big games in the Valley today.

                          Indiana St. vs. Depaul

                          Evansville vs. Butler

                          UNI vs. Auburn

                          Winston-Salem vs. Illinois St.

                          Creighton vs. Nebraska

                          E. Tennessee St. vs. Bradley

                          Drake vs. Vandy

                          Tomorrow

                          UC-Santa Barbara vs. Illinois St.

                          Wich. St. vs. Michigan St.

                          Possibly another game or two.

These are some big games this weekend for the Valley to look respectful. These games can show that the valley is a good conference but who know what will happen.

If the Valley goes better than 3-4 I'll be shocked. Very possibly it will be a 2-5 day.

Hmmm, blacked out for me on DirecTV.

Actually, the MVC VB finals is on Midwest.

UNI beat Auburn and Illinois St won.

                                CU beating NU, 26-14.

                                BU winning big.

                                DU hanging with Vandy early.
