    Shockers vs. Emporia State game thread

    Just tuned in to hear Mike and Dave and it feels like seeing old friends.

    Anyone want to guess who will be the first caller of the year?

          Yeah, I think so, there were some talk on here last year about his call in style with HCGM--he was pretty negative I think. And he calls almost every show.

              Right, maybe Dennis is who I was thinking of. Ron might just be a long time caller. Anywho, just trying to provide some comic entertainment while we wait for the game.

                  Just to emphasize this is an exhibition being treated like a scrimmage with a crowd - the coaches aren't trying to surprise eadh other.

                  From Marshall's interview with Kennedy, Marshall said he and Moe (ESU coach) got together and discussed what they were going to run, what each team had in place, etc.
