Paul S. finally was able to answer my question (thanks BTW Paul). Sounds like Ramon will be fine for the upcoming year.
Q Paul, can you give us an update on Ramon Clemente's condition? I'm sure all Shocker fans would like to hear something 'official' rather than rumor. Can you help us out?

A: My first successful phone call after vacation was to Ramon. He is New York. He is doing yoga. No relapses. He is taking it easy for a month or two while tests continue to confirm or rule out "stress" as the cause of his collapse. He plans on playing this season and says fans won't notice any changes in his game when things get rolling for real.
Hopefully we can all stop worrying as much about the leadership of the team. It's best leader should be ready to go.
