  • 2008 NBA Las Vegas Summer League (not Orlando)

The Las Vegas Summer League begins today at 3pm central.

    Here is the schedule: http://www.nba.com/summerleague2008/schedules/index.jsp

By my count there are 5 former valley players participating this year including Paul Miller.

The 5 are: Paul Miller - NY Knicks, Blake Ahearn - Minnesota TWolves,
Jamal Tatum, Anthony Tolliver, and Tim Whitworth (Bradley) are playing on the Spurs Team.

Here is a link to their rosters:

Games will be shown on NBATV and online through webcasts. Here is a link to the scoreboard. If you wanna watch it is free. You just have to sign up. Here is the link to the live webcasts:

You foul out at 10 fouls, Greg Oden did it last year.

Wow, 0-3 ft? That doesn't sound like Paul.

Going out this weekend to watch Paul......really looking forward to it. He made some nice plays in his first game of action.

the nba channel (259 cox digital) aired the ny/sa game again last night around 9-ish I believe. This is horrible basketball to watch. One pass max then a shot then run to the other end then a shot. I watched most of the 3rd and the start of the 4th. Paul got one pass when I was watching and drained a long two pointer near the top. Other than that he was just running up and down the court. Obviously he was setting screens and what not but overall it was not enjoyable to watch at all. I tried hanging in there for the fourth quarter in hopes of seeing Paul get the ball more but couldn't take the boredom any longer.
