Forgive me if this has already been posted, but on the Ch. 12 10pm news Monday night they had a nice story on how pickup games are progressing...

This summer will be invaluable as our players hit the books. On a regular basis they will pump iron, condition together, and bond on and off the court. I never recall a summer where most all the Shocks did this jointly. This is bound to jump-start their year both on and off the court.

I like the interviews.CH,GS,and RC1 made some good points.Did yall see how smooth GS shot that jumper,that's a nice stroke for a 7 footer.I bet he can make those all day.

We will be more athletic this coming year. I haven't seen Ellis, thought he was back in South Carolina. Doesn't AJ have a stress fracture in his right foot right now?
